then i went to BlueHaven who measured the backyard wrong (made it smaller, but this is a trick they use to make the pool look larger on the drawings so i'm told)...came in at 25,300 Size was 13x27, basic pump, led lighting, regular entrance, flagstone around the pool, 2' decking around the pool, only add was pebbletec

ill post the finished pic in a minute.. here..

I posted in a thread a while back about all the bad luck my parents had with Renaissance. Filter too small, heater too small, pump quit twice in first summer, jacuzzi was unlevel and had to be jack hammered out and redone.
Not the kind of stuff you want to deal with on a brand new pool and it took about 2 months to complete the install, way too long for a drop in pool.

$200? Ha! Mine was $53 to fill it up the pool. I have a 10,000 gallon pool.

Hey Airics...My wife and I are strongly considering to finally have a pool built. We are currently in that dizzying stage of not knowing which end is up with regard to pool builders and who we can trust to do the job right. Today I stumbled upon BYOP. I understand that you had them do your pool, which looks nice by the way. I've heard Doug Day's name from a couple of pool cleaning services in town and they seem to recommend him. Does he still work with Desert Springs pools or is the BYOP a separate business? I noticed that BYOP has the same address as Desert Springs. I have more questions than I'm even aware of at this point along with even more concerns. If you would be so inclined as to contact me so that you can share your personal experiences with me, as well as advice on this process, I'd appreciate it greatly...[mod cut-- don't put your phone # on the forum.
