I sold my condo in 6 days.................
for 37.5% more than a REMAX agent wanted to list it for. Be very careful, who you trust in Las Vegas. Should I report her to the Board? Or just mention her name and office on C-D?

What did the buyer find that was so valuable that they paid way over what an agent was the going rate?

Summerlin location, walkable, stable HOA, and they didn't have to get yanked around by the Banks.
Not a conversion, either. My new granite look vinyl floors have been getting great reviews, too.

They still are getting it for less than 40% of its 2006 price. Out of the 338 units in the HOA, there are none listed for under 100,000. Las Vegas is a city built by and for suckers. These people will probably sell it in three years and make a lot more than I did.

It's a cash deal, no appraisal required. You are right though, these things can fall apart. Just waiting on the statement from the sewer company.
