Living in las vegas
Hi all,
We are planning to buy a home in las vegas/henderson area. The specifications that we have in mind are - good/safe/family friendly community with good elementary/middle schools.
1) Would you recommend any such suitable communities?
2) Also, I have heard about Silverado ranch and Anthem. Hope to hear pros and cons about living/kids raising/traffic in these two communities in general.
3) Home resale demand in these communitites in the past and in the next 5-10 years.
Any input from you all is highly appreciated.
