Is there a name for ZIP CODE 89148? (Las Vegas, Spring Valley: foreclosed, area)

Default Is there a name for ZIP CODE 89148?
Is there a name for ZIP CODE 89148? It's basically the area that is in the southwest corner of Las Vegas. Is there much of anything out there? Conveniences, etc.?

I have zip code 89135 as South Summerlin (just east of Spring Valley)...unless South Summerlin encompasses a much larger area than indicated on my map.

Just call it the SW. There is a piece of Summerlin..to wit...Siena...which is located partiallly in 89148. I would also think Rhodes is located mostly in 89113. So SW is reasonably clear.

These are not precise and overlap all over the place.
