What steps would someone have to take to take advantage of this (if any) beyond the "normal" process of applying for a loan? Forgive my ignorance, I really don't know anything about the process

State of Nevada -

I would also suggest that you get started on the process very early in the beginning of the fiscal year, as this program runs out of money rather quickly.
