From reading too many true crime books over the years, whenever a husband or wife is killed, the spouse remains a suspect. Historical statistics point out that when this happens, there's a 75% or greater chance the spouse may have had a hand in it, directly or indirectly, even if there were 20 witnesses to the shooting.

If I were killed in my garage some night, and my whole neighborhood witnessed the shooting, I would hope that the police would follow normal procedures and investigate my wife as well. It's to be expected, that a woman will normally hire someone to do the dirty work.

His wife may be 100% innocent, which I believe will be the case after a lengthy investigation, but still, let's not jump to conclusions on this seemingly clear-cut case.

I asked one of my patients at work, last night, what he thought of this case and, without a pause, he said: I smell something fishy here.

Would`nt it be nice to imagine a society without access to Guns and fatal Weapons?

If only trained Police and Military had access to them, scores of lives would saved! It`s high time, for our politicians to seriously start discussion about updating the Amendment(s) which allows all of our citizens to arm themselves with weaponry.

Thugs and Gangs feel much stronger when their armed with a Gun. It`s common sense that they will, at sometime, use that weapon to destroy another persons life.
AMERICA - WAKE UP!

Think logical; Because the permits are so easily obtained for virtually everyone, thats why people are dying daily. Getting everybody armed is`nt solving the problem, it increases. GETTING RID OF GUNS is the only logical solution toward saving lives.
Because we are in bad times is no excuse to get armed! Getting more involved in helping the poor and "lost" individuals in need has a more positive effect to our society and environment.
Only well trained law enforcement agencys and military should be allowed to have guns when their on duty. Other than that, theres no feasable reason why every private individual should own a gun in the first place.

It`s high time for politicians to begin evaluating our legal right to bear arms and begin implementing more responsible control toward such.
