Iv been thinking of moving to Las Vegas , September thew the end of April dose any one know where i could get a job and a short lease on a apartment i get layed off in November here every year in Ohio and would like to come home in April to go back to work here and do it every year i hate the winters here in Ohio and the job market is not good for some one in my line of work I manage a seasonal framer market here

I'd look in another state if I were you. Look into Texas for milder winters and lots of constuction work.

Definately not in Las Vegas

What is a "framer market"? If he meant Farmer's Market I can't imagine how he is going to find anything in that line that is reciprocal.

If he means framing he might find some counter employment in FL during the tourist season.

I don't see TX as having any counter cyclical employment. Nor Las Vegas.

Oh wow, I just took it like in framing houses, construction, etc.. But I see your point

They are building a lot in Texas, or so I've heard from friends who live in the DFW area, and the OP mentioned they liked mild winters.

Florida (if they have a strong construction market) would be another excellent choice though for the mild winters.
