My wife and I are moving to Vegas at the end of this month. We have a son who is in the 2nd grade and we would like to rent something in one of these areas. My wifes job is in Henderson, but we are debating whether we want to live in Henderson or Summerlin. I prefer Summerlin. We would like a short term rental as we are planning to buy with in the next 4-5 months. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
Thanks,
Mark

Rent in Henderson or nearby. Henderson and Summerlin are mostly interchangable. Why drive long distances for the hell of it?

The best of the elementary schools are located in Henderson. Go for it.

Default try

Henderson Nevada Apartments - Home - Timberlake Apartments

clean .. safe ... good rates and short term rentals ...
Six months may give you time to look close and move.

Absolutely!! I am doing it as we speak. A good place to look for furnished rentals is vrbo.com A realtor can also help find furnished rentals on the MLS.
