Planet Hollywood, and even the Flamingo blows that place away. I was wondering why all the people hired there have disappeared, but now I know the reason. Both of my friends from Arizona were also disappointed because they were really looking forward to seeing it, but they left in disgust.
Yep, relatives of mine went there recently and said it was crap.

Well, they obviously weren't going for more of the same in Vegas. Obviously, they DID succeed in differentiating themselves from the pack. Remains to be seen if that will translate into attracting customers.

I had guests from out of town staying there this weekend. I went down to pick them up, and could not for the life of me figure out how to get into the place. Apparently there are 2 areas for pick up. I found one, but could not figure out how to get to the other. I finally asked my guests to walk over to the one I was able to find. Maybe I'm just slow, but I found the design of the pick up/parking structure very confusing.

Maybe because they don't want people to leave. CC was supposed to bring NY-style urban living to Vegas. Everything you need is supposed to be right there.

Yes, the parking is abyssmal. They definitely got the feel of a downtown metropolis right, if having crappy parking is considered an accurate experience for travelling to a major urban center.
