The Golden Nugget and the 4 Queens would hold its own on the strip any day of the week. The Golden Nugget still gets allot of high end play that the middle income strip hotels would love to have. I prefer downtown because it seems to be a better fit for people like me how are not into all the glam and just want an affordable time. Fitzgerald’s has loose slots and low minimum tables and the buffet at Main Street Station is pretty dang good for the price.

I agree:

The Main Street Station buffet rocks I have posted that many times before.

The Golden Nugget is nice as you said.

I disagree:

The Four Queens is a smoke infested dump. It does not hold a candle to the properties on the strip.

Anyone ever been to Vic and Anthony's in the Golden Nugget? Would like to have one nice sit down steak dinner while in town...Is it good stuff? Worth the price?? Is there a better option for a sit down steak dinner downtown?

The 4Q looks better than the Riveria or Tropicana and better service. I also still love eating at Hugo's in the 4Q.

I see that you had some gun play last night in one of your rooms. I saw a grab of the idiots all on Third St sidewalk waiting to be hauled off to jail. Total scumbag morons.

The three properties security directors should just meet for breakfast and all do a collaborated report to save time.
