Does anybody think that they'll start selling it out in Moapa?

The new dispensaries that are set to open here in Vegas are reporting difficulty obtaining enough product. I wonder if this will be the solution

No bans for the Moapa Paiutes. I've chatted with tribal cops while I sat on the hood of my Jeep drinking a huge Stella at the Chevron station right off I-15. You can literally drink anywhere you want - they don't care. The liquor store inside does good business to boot.

Why would they have any more supply of it than the licensed dispensaries? If the Feds really mean it then I could see the tribe decide growing it to sell to dispensaries makes for a good opportunity, but it takes time for any new market to build up supplies since none are supposed to cross state lines to get their product.

State lines? You know where Moapa is, right?

And according to the local news , it's the local, newly legal dispensaries that are struggling to aquire enough legally obtained product.

Of course I do. There is nothing growing on tribal land now so they would have the same supply problem. In a year there will be enough supply. If the dispensaries could cross state lines they could get plenty from California and there would be no issue.

So basically it's a race for who can start the first large-scale growing operation. It's not nicknamed "weed" without reason. The plant grows fast. I'm guessing three months is all anyone needs to start putting a big dent in demand.

Isn't the problem the controls placed on the grower by the government? I thought I read somewhere that testing, etc was pretty strict so it's not like you can just move into a building and start growing just anything you want to .
