Sorry, people, the reason many are fat is not only because we don't move enough. It's because we all go to buffets and Claim Jumper and all those other restaurants that serve hugh portions of very fattening foods. Without a combination of exercise and food intake control, you will never achieve a permanent weight loss. The only exception I know of is the stomach clamp which really doesn't depend on any exercise.
Funnyman99--I suspect a large portion of your loss is water. If not, you are losing weight too fast. Within a short time, you will end up binging and gain the weight back because you are not giving your body time to aclaimate to your new weight. The fat cells will end up telling your brain that you are starving and then you will eat back all the weight you lost and then some.

Well...it could have been worse, I guess. She could have actually been pregnant and you might have had a kid that was half race horse! |
