I live in Las Vegas and wanted to be just state cert while I take the EMT-I class. Where can i go to just be cert for the state. Everytime i call the Health Disrict they tell me to take the National test. I wonder why if I take this test why would i want to be state cert. I just want to be state cert for now until I pass my class for EMT-I

To take the state only EMT-B class you need to go to CSN. They offer it over a semester. The National Registry Test is required for reciprocity.
