[SIZE=2]I recently bought a house in Vegas and since I am not living in Vegas, one of my friend's friend was managing the property for me kind of as a PM.We posted the listing, but it couldn't be rented out for almost two months even though a lot of people came to see house. I was wondering why cause the rental price is not set to high and the house location is also not bad (southwest).
Then finally I got to know WHY from the feedback of the clients. One of the them went to see the house. then called me right away and was trying to tell me that the house didn't look well due to the dirty wall and bathroom etc.... He suggest me better re-paint the wall and re-do the clean work for the entire house. I do appreciate he let me know the truth cause I am just the owner but living there-not sure what's going on for the actual house.
In the meanwhile, I was shock to hear this cause I trusted my friend was hiring professional to do the job and thought the house should be very clean and ready to move in after was told by my friend that the handy man he hired has done the deep clean job and the spot paint on the wall for my house.
Anyway, this is a good lesson I learned as a remote landlord.
Now, I decide to find a good/resonalbe professional painter and house cleaner by myself and may be find a professional PM to manage my house as well.
So, any suggestions or recommendation are highly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Moore's Painting

EXCELLENT work and reasonably priced. I would use them again without hesitation...the crew exceeded ALL my expectations.

The only painters I would use again is Sid Guliford Painting, LLC. Office: 702-396-5790, or call his cell at 702-250-4013. They painted our house about a year ago and not only did they have the best price, but they did a great job, and were fantastic to work with.

It's funny, because we were getting estimates, and leaning towards his, when some friends suggested we use their painter because he was so good. It was Sid and his guys.
