Sorry I dont believe in Apple Product.... Mac is evil...

That is one thing i worry about though. Not being able to buy unlocked phones anymore... And not being able to just change sim cards when I travel.

All carriers have dead zones around the city. Verizon claims they are the best network but there is zero signal around my house. Just have to check that out first, then decide on the company.

I've had problems around my apartment with Verizon for 3 months or so now. Supposedly some sort of tower issue. I still don't think they've fixed it.

For the most part though, VZW is vastly superior to all other carriers, especially if you travel.

I heard somewhere that Verizon will be getting the iPhone soon.

Verizon is CDMA. AT&T is GSM, and the current iPhones don't support CDMA. So the new iPhone 4GS(?) would have to support CDMA for Verizon to offer it. I'm eligible for an upgrade to a 3GS (from my 3G that I've had for two years), but I think I will wait to see if the new iPhone is in fact offered on other carriers. AT&T really blows in the parts of Las Vegas where I make calls.

Here's another recent rumor of a CDMA version of the iPhone.... Two New iPhones Coming; One May Be Aimed at Verizon - WSJ.com

I love my iPhone but hate AT&T. Verizon was fantastic - and I plan to switch back to them when my contract is up, iPhone or not.
