I used to live there.. It has it's good points and bad points.

Good:
Nice views
Good size
The apartments are in good shape
Maintenance responded quickly on most issues (see exception in "bad" section)
Management is very friendly and personable
Management is good at keeping the building secure (they will not let visitors up without approval) and there's gated underground parking
Grounds are kept up well

Bad:
NO windows in the apartments open.. It bothered me more than I thought it would
Our apartment CAME with roaches.. however, my friend lived on a different floor and did not have that problem
Bad neighborhood (my car got stolen when I lived there, BUT I wasn't parked in the underground parking like I should've been... and the neighborhood across the street is swimming in drugs)
Some sketchy neighbors, although it is mostly quiet
No washer and dryer in apartment (one time, a neighbor removed MY clothes promptly from the dryer to put HIS clothes in)
The exception with maintenance is one MAJOR problem my roommate had with her shower.. They had to redo the whole thing and would go days and days without even working on it. It wasn't in working condition by the time our lease was up and we moved out. This was about a month after it had first gone bad.

Horror of horrors! Can't open a window! I'd get claustraphobic before the first night ended, not being able to open a window. And no balconies either!

Not even for $100 a month, would I rent one of those units!

That would be terrible to live in a place where you can't open a window. I would often wonder about those apts when driving by, because it looked like the window's didn't open, plus no balconies. Gee, even the roaches can't get any fresh air.

I'm a smoker and I'd die a lot quicker living in one of these buildings.
