I have $ 200.000 savings (cash).(legal money)
What are my chances to get a resident visa with this savings to begin a "new life" in U.S.??

The money by itself means nothing, you'd need at least $500'000 for an investors visa.
But if you plan on applying for the Diversity Lottery Visa or have another avenue to a visa, then the money can help with the financial sponsorship needed.

I think you need more than that to begin a new life here. The legal fees alone will probably be in the thousands to complete the entire process. You have to account for living arrangements and money to support yourself until you find work. Having said all that, it depends on what kind of Visa.

$20k won't cut it.

I'm not 100% sure how the lottery works, but even immigrating on a family visa, the sponsor needs to have an income of 125% of the federal poverty limit, if they don't you or your sponsor needs funds in excess of 3 or 5 times that amount, your current savings account for less than 100% of the poverty level w/ no children.

The process itself has for me, on a K-1 fiancé visa with adjustment of status here in the US (greencard application) cost roughly between $2-2.500,00, not including airfare and the cost of shipping personal property.

Sorry, just saw it's $200k not $20k, it still isn't enough though, as someone mentioned, you need min $500k to get an investor visa

It means nothing if you don't have a job or family member willing to sponsor you, or the $500k needed for an investor visa. If you were to establish a business in your home country then expand it to the US you could potentially do a L visa but it has to be a legitimate business with legitimate reasons to open a US office.

Investor does not mean it has to be EB5. E2 is an option not ties to a specific investment amount.

It's too bad that immigration doesn't favor the self-sufficient and capable more. Unfortunately your chances of getting citizenship would be a lot higher if you had no money at all except to pay the coyote and have a baby at taxpayer expense.

Immigration needs reforming -- but not in the direction the policitians have planned. They should reduce the family sponsorship and illegal kind, and bring in the more qualified first.

Slim to none. Getting a visa is very difficult. You need to either be married to a US citizen, recieve a working visa, or win the visa lottery to even get into the country legally. $200 won't buy much here.

But you can't get a green card with an E2 visa.
