The rule of law is more important than granting work visas to people that are here illegally. One of the biggest attractions to the rest of the world is the USA's reputation for respect of the rule of law. Obama is just using these illegals to gain a few votes and it's disgusting.

Illegal immigration is a crime and in order to remain here and work they have to commit more crimes. Children often pay for the crimes of their parents. When parent commit crimes and go to prison, the childrern usually suffer. Deportation is not a punishment. It is returning children with their parents to the home of their parents. They already know the language and the culture so it is not as much as a culture shock as when they came here. Children of military parents are often moved to countries with their parents where they don't know the language or the culture and it is a great learning experience.
Barbaric is letting them remain here. They often leave famly behing in their country when they come here.They should be deported back home as soon as possible.

Right or wrong -- we really cannot go back hundreds of years ago and change what happened in the past.
Are you saying that the Indians should be kicked off the lands they still hold and give those lands to the immigrants pouring over the border today? Maybe we could squeeze all the remaining Indians onto one reservation and divide up other reservation lands and give them to the immigrants.
After all -- if the past justifies today in any way, that's what we'd have to do.

No they were brought here doing a time when we were in to nation building. We are now into nation survival and we need controlled immigration. Lady Liberty has served her purpose.

My neighbors are obviously Hispanic - features, skin tone, hair, ... Both parents are almost done with a second Masters. The daughters do not speak Spanish as the household speaks English. Aside from their Spanish teacher in school tormenting them because he does not understand why they do not speak Spanish - would you send them to Mexico because that is where the great-grand-parents are from? Send them back to places they have never been to, cultures they know nothing about.
