My wife left the house with my child and she has F2 visa.
She said she not going to come back again to me and never let me see my child.
She is under my name now because I have F1 visa.

Is it possible to cancel her I-20? But I don't want her to get a problem or jail and at the same time I don't want to be responsible for her if she did something wrong in the US

Have your school cancel her I-20 with SEVIS.

Instead of trying to get her visa revoked (which will mean she'll likely not be able to stay in the US and so you won't see your child anyway) you need to go to court for visitation rights.

I contacted my school and its seem like they don't care !!

that what they said
" As a school we cannot cancel her F-2 visa unless we have an authenticated request from the actual F-2 visa holder and evidence of divorce. We have been advised that legal separation does not count in this situation. "

It has nothing to do with their feelings on the subject - they're following the letter of the law.
