Hello, I'm a Mexican citizen and I have been in this country legally with TN and L1 visas for almost 14 years. Companies don't want to sponsor green card process. I want to find a way to get the permanent residency while in the States.

Well if companies don't sponsor you have to do it by yourself.

Find a good lawyer for help.

My question would be why is the employer not sponsoring?

Your options are listed on uscis.gov.

Marry a US Citizen. Or change jobs to a company that will sponsor you. No other options really, unless you are single and your parents are US citizens, in which case they can petition for you, but the wait time is a crazy amount of years, more than 10 the last time I checked.

It will. The first one is conditional, for two years, after that you can file to remove the conditions and you are all set.

Of course if the marriage is not bona fide it is a problem. They are very good at questioning each personseparately. Ask questions about routine, dates, trips, etcetera...

Don't forget things like alimony if you are a high earner and she is not.
