I'm lost for words, you ungrateful thing. And after I excused your all-capitals posts and gave you some good advice anyway.
Show me where I told you that you weren't able to apply for the DV lottery, on any of the threads that you've cross-posted all over City-Data.
I didn't.
You were the one that said you had looked into it, but then said that you couldn't apply. As you seemed to have your answer I merely questioned why you were asking the same question again above.
I am no lawyer, but I have been through the U.S. immigration process myself, did a lot of self-learning along the way and also am a regular participant on other U.S. immigration forums. I do have a good command of the visa basics which I'll share on this forum for the clear benefit of people like you who show up without even bothering to do the blindest bit of research first as to whether the U.S. will have you. Have you heard of Google?
Oh, you have heard of Google, because you found "the U.S. Green Card lottery website". Do you mean this one:
Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery Instructions ?
The one that says:
If you were born in a country whose natives are ineligible, but
neither of your parents was born there or resided there at the time of your birth, you may claim nativity in one of your parents’ country of birth if it is a country whose natives qualify for the DV-2009 program.
Look, in all honesty I don't think this internet malarkey's for you - if I were you I'd just pay handsomely to see a qualified lawyer who specializes in U.S. immigration. Ask him to speak slowly.
