Well, if you didn't have such an education, and you came from a Third World country, and had dark skin they would roll out the red carpet for you.
One primary reason you're having difficulty is because Lyndon B. Johnson (the worst president in the history of the U.S.) abolished the National Origins Act which gave most western Europeans a priority. Which they should have, this country was based on the same values when it was founded by our forefathers.

That is quite a ridiculous statement. Actually, it only shows your perception of the world around you. You think you see what you are afraid to see.
And regarding the decision as to who is allowed in, it should actually be up to the American Indians if anyone. It was their land before Europeans stole it from them in various ways.
And people like slapmatt I can advise to play the green card lottery. If there are really only few Europeans wishing to move to the US, then your chances of winning such a card should be rather high.

Britain is excluded from the lottery.
By the looks of it the only chance of getting into the US is to get a transfer within the same company.

Well, obviously Americans are sick of you Brits already
Kidding. But it makes sense, after all it is called diversity program. I submitted my entry yesterday by the way, glad I am German
You could get married to an American, or adopted by one Then you would not even have to depend on luck...
But why would someone want to move from your beautiful island to the States in the first place?
A former colleague of mine got transferred from Germany to Texas, it took about a year to handle all the paperwork. And he does not even like it there. But even if he did, he can only stay there as long as he keeps working for that same company. That is not really a nice, unconditional perspective.

Why would Europeans move to USA if they make more money there in Europe...pay a few more taxes and their countries use that money to provide universal healthcare and more benefits.
Europeans have higher minimum wages.
The main reson to relocate to another country is monetary.
The worst case scenario for any citizen in any country is to make minimum wage....
Hourly minimum wage in France 13$ per hour.
Hourly minimum wage in Florida 7.25$ per hour.
The French National who makes close to minimum wage pays almost no taxes compared to a U.S. national who makes close to minimum wage.
Plus, the French has universal healthcare and a great transit system.
here in Florida, people must own a vehicle and that means a $500 transportation expense/monthly as a minimum... ($199 car payment, 100$ insurance, 240$ gas, 30$ tolls, 30$ parking, 30$ oil maintenance etc)
Guess which of the two nationals needs to have 2 or 3 jobs in order o cover his/her basic needs?
Why would Europeans want to come here to be less wealthy?
They have their family there, they have a rich culture, great and healthy food, beautiful people, beautiful architecture, they have less enemies (worldwide), etc etc....
If they want to relocate to a warmer region they can always move to Spain..palma de mallorca..etc...beautiful portugal, Italy, etc.
Besides, Canada and Australia are far better countries to start a new life just in case a European family is forced to relocate overseas....
Canada has about 34 million people...higher minimum wage than U.S. (worst case scenario for newly arrived immigrants), low unemployment, a lot of Oil..I mean..a lot of oil...they have abundant fresh water, a gigantic country which is bigger than the U.S., they have UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE like Europeans, and...POLITICAL STABILITY...the head of state of Canada is the queen of England.
The same applies to Australia,,, The head of state is the queen of england... Australia has a super high minimum wage, 22 million people, a beautiful and gigantic country-continent, etc etc...super developed cities.
Now... why do you think europeans don´t come here anymore?...
THERE IS NO REASON (Educational, monetary, weather, etc, etc, medical, arts, culture).

I have heard that people from Vienna are somewhat nasty and mischievous behind their friendly mask, but I have never been there. So I am just repeating hearsay. But maybe the extremely high suicide rate there comes from that.

I recently listened to something on European Journal about students from Germany going to universities in Austria.

Yes, some students do so because several German states have introduced tuition fees recently (so far education in Germany was completely free) while in Austria there are still none. So those who can't afford them head to Austria or other countries.

This is exactly what they should do with identity theft, making anyone, illegal (or foreign born) person who steals someones identity sent back. If they're illegal, make it so they can't ever immigrate here. This crime is treated so lightly because it is mostly foreigners who do it.

That's because the wealthy people and their pet politicians who run this country, who all drive luxury cars that were natural targets of carjackers, were afraid carjacking might happen to them or their wives while out recreational shopping. Yeah they made sure to write extra harsh FEDERAL laws regarding carjacking to the point where a carjacker would spend most of his/her life in jail for 1 carjacking.

Now you've got me curious. I could have sworn you wrote a post somewhere stating that you never want to live in the USA. I don't have time to find it. Are you that person or am I simply mistaken?
