what would happen if the border were to disappear to mexico and canada? if a new world order marked by a universal dollar would replace pesos. would that be a plus or negative for us? minmum wage from canada to mexico would the end result be positive or negative
I think it would be terrible. That is the plan-why do you think our borders are not secure and why they try to push through amnesty every chance they get. Look at the NAFTA superhwy being built now. What you mentioned would be a total loss of American sovereignty and in my opinion the final nail in the coffin of the middle class. Read Jerome Corsi's book if you want to learn more about the NAU.

It would be the beginning of the end for our country. The only country to benefit would be Mexico. Imagine two prosperous families agreeing to evenly divide their resources with a welfare family. Only one family wins.

What makes you think people from those countries have company sponsors that would fly them here? Fill out the paper work etc.
Why wouldn't they? In 1965 our immigration laws were changed largely because it was thought that there were 'too many' immigrants from Europe and we needed to rebalance our system. If it was OK to do that then, why should it not be OK now to recognize that we once again need to rebalance our system and give the people of Laos an equal opportunity to come here as a guest worker?
just was reading on that super highway crap! they are building a Mexican customs office in Kansas City. What the hell is that about? already under construction.

It's called the Government taking it upon themselves to say what's in the public's interest. You know, without consulting the public.
