You are right it is like giving them the green card lotery notification letter while being a felon and not having entered into the lotery....so I have no other word than it is NOT RIGHT!

First they need to change the law so no heartbreaking situations can occur for people who came here legal and who's kids turn 21 and after being here for years, the parents can stay and the kids have to leave to a country they hardly know....while the parents provide jobs to American's...something is wrong about this and we are talking about legal aliens...no felons, no illegal things what so ever!
