I want to start a company in USA. I am from the Czech Republic.
I absolutely don't have a clue how to do this. Can I just travel there (I know I can stay 90 days without VISA), and start a company and apply for a VISA there?
And what could I do if they don't give me a VISA, once I am be there?

Go through the stickies at be beginning of the forum. Read through investor visa. You will basically need documented finances, a business plan, prove to employ x amount of US employees and be willing to invest at risk. Depending on the investor visa you have to reapply every couple of years and children over 21 are not included. A limited number of GCs are available in conjunction with an investor visa over 500k.

There is NO entry to the US without visa. As Czech national you can enter via visa waiver program and ESTA for recreational purposes for up to 90 days.
No you cannot show up, start a company and ask for a visa. It goes the other way around - read through USCIS.gov

You can leave on your own or get deported.

Either there is NO entry without a visa OR he/she can enter without a visa through the visa/waiver programme - so which is it?
