In the Lehigh Valley is there a realtor or realty company help my family find a rental property? We have a list of what we need in a property and we don't need it till the middle/end of may. So when should I call and will I have to pay anything to the realtor or will the people wanting to rent their house pay them?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

You can certainly ask. Did you look at the sticky at the top? There are a couple of helpful on-line choices including this one: RentalHouses.com - Houses for Rent, Homes for Rent, Apartments, Condos, Townhomes for Rent, Rental Homes & Property Rentals

I would think that a realtor would only show you homes that are listed for rent by other realtors, that's pretty much the only way they will be able to collect a commission. The commission would be paid by the owner of the home, I think one month's rent is common. Typically the homes listed for rent tend to be larger single family detatched houses, but maybe that's what you're looking for.
