Question Any info about Easton Area

I'm moving to Easton area. Work in NYC. I've been splitting my time between Philly and NYC for past 4years and it's getting old. (3days NYC for work/renting small apt then rest of week back home in Philly).
So now I'm ready to cut back to one residence and Easton seamed like a good midpoint b/t both cities.....NO, I did not consider Jersey nor would I want to live in Jersey and I like my job so I'm not looking elsewhere.

Any advice or things to check out in the area? I'm ready for some laid back stuff.
Any good places for antiquing or simple junk shopping?
Thanks.

We moved to Palmer Township, a suburb of Easton. We are very pleased with the area. My husband commutes to NJ.
We also enjoy the flea markets.....but have yet to find all of them. We did go to Renninger's in Kutztown this past Saturday.

I would say to rent in the Forks area of Easton if you can.
Nice homes and most commute into NJ. or NY.........
Are you planning to rent?
Possiably a townhouse is available in the Forks section of Easton.
The Marshalls Creek Flea Market on 209 in that area is fun.
There are some antique stores in Sciota, Pa that are nice.
Junk...........I donno..........I havn't been junk shopping in awhile
