Hi again folks. Need some more info on a particular area. This time it's Betty Lane in Easton. There are new homes for sale on Betty Lane (cross street Wagonwheel Drive). Not sure who the builder is, and I'm wondering about the area. It's in the Easton S.D. Thanks for any info.

Hi Rosanne! That is a very nice area - off of Zucksville Road in Forks Township. It is walking distance to the community center/park as well.

I think this is the builder's website: Welcome to Signature Homes by J.T. Maloney

One thing you need to consider is checking the flood plains in the area, and you MUST buy sinkhole insurance as an additional rider on your homeowner's policy. There were so many sinkholes that opened up in Forks Twp with the latest rainstorms, and you need to get the supplemental coverage BEFORE something happens.

Default Learning as we go along

Thanks so much Karen. There's so much for us to learn before we buy. We moved here 6 months ago from So. California, so we're learning slowly but surely.
