The Westgate Mall can be $1 or $2 more on on portions of weekends, but I've never seen a line. Sometimes there are mobs at the Linden Street buffet. It is my understanding people give up on the hibachi because it takes so long. At Westgate you can easily eat only hibachi if you so desire.
I believe that one difference is that you can BYOB on Linden Street (there is a State Store across the street by Walmart). There is a state store in the Westgate Mall and a beer distributor basically across the street, but Grand China does not advertise BYOB.
I don't know about beverage price. Grand China supplies green tea gratis, which is what I happen to like drinking when I am eating Chinese.
