We have been in the lehigh valley for two yrs now after relocating from NJ. We are now planning to buy a house soon. Pulte, Heritage residential and toll brothers were our main considerations. We really liked the plans of toll brothers. We are not really very happy with it's locations tho'. Has anybody explored the same. Please comment and suggest.

search the forums, there was some info posted on Toll Bros, although I'm not sure if Lehigh Crossings was discussed - but I am certain experiences and cost were. Just search toll brothers w/ the search feature.

We looked there as well, and also didn't like the location. We ended up in Lower Macungie (Pulte). Love my house AND the development! We got a decent sized lot too (.58) which was not possible with Heritage.

Good luck!

We bought a Toll house elsewhere and have been very disappointed with the quailty of the finishes and the craftmanship--despite upgrades. Floor plans are great, but you are paying a significant chunk of money for what turns out to be a spacious but very ordinary and decidedly not luxury home. I would recommend that you visit Toll homes other than the model homes to look at the interiors, and definitly talk to the buyers. You will get a better picture of what to expect from Toll if you do that. i wish we had...

KristyLiz:

May I ask which Pulte community you are referring to (Graymoor, Vista at Green Hills, or Coldwater Crossings)?

Thanks!
