Thumbs up Lehigh Valley Native...wow!

Awesome underwater shot! I've never been to Dutch Springs...is it fun? It looks it! Thanks for the great pics... I wish they could sticky this thread to the LV forum because I think it's so important to the forum and anyone looking to move or vacation here...
Plus it makes us all so proud of the beautiful place we live.

Default Here we go again

Finally!!! That's my son, Marcus. Macungie Flower Park is a small but beautiful little park right beside the railway. They decorate it for every season. We love going there!

Caught this hard to photograph white butterfly amongst the blooms...so pretty!

Dutch Springs is great, besides diving they have swimming, what they call an aqua park, rock climbing and camping.

Your pictures are great!! I need to see if I can find pictures of The Allentown rose garden, Trexler park and Lone Lane park.

I saw someone post pics of Camelback and Tannersville, they are more in NEPA than the Lehigh Valley.

Since many areas of the Lehigh Valley/Poconos seem to overlap near the mountain, I included them (wanted pics of the seasons). I live right on the border myself.

Great pic. Yes, it's not really the valley but I did say the surrounding areas, too. I went to the Great Wolf Lodge last January with family. It was really great and my son had a blast. Gotta love NEPA...

Thanks for the compliment! I'd love to see the allentown rose garden, I love roses!! I'm currently looking for pics that I have of the LV Zoo. I went there last summer with my neice and my son and we loved it. Small, but great!

Default Lehigh Valley Zoo...great place to visit!

Here's some pics from the LV Zoo.

Scenic overlook at the exit of the zoo:

Barn owl

Beautiful swan...they had black swans, too.

Butterfly garden...

At the Artic Wolf encounter...a close encounter...

Even closer...gotta love that zoom on my camera! I'd never get this close to a wolf...

I love the pictures! I agree with the idea of making this thread a sticky at the top so people that are considering the area can SEE what it looks like. It would be nice to include the photo tour of the Bethlehem area that SWB did before we got our own sub-forum.
