He is working a full time job at nights and has limited time to research. Other than finding an apt in college, he has never moved out of state. He didn't know this board existed, I had found it helpful for inside scoop when I moved from Chicago to Seattle, so I am doing some recon on his behalf. Believe me, he will visit a few places tomorrow and make up his own mind.

LOL, my son moved to Seattle from here. Well, sort of here, he attended college in New England and then moved there.

Quick update: Son did not really see himself at Strata flats in Hamilton District. In his view, the "nice" area near there was very limited. He sees himself living in Macungie area and use downtown for an occasional beer/sporting event. So his commute will likely be about 7 minutes. Now he waits to see if offer comes today or Monday.
