Easton has a parking garage (the bus stop/ station is on the ground floor) and a garage next door (next to Crayola). You have to pay, I just don’t know how much. The nice thing about Easton, is that you can get tickets there and sit inside. William Penn is just a bus stop, no actual building or ticketing.

Edit: it looks like it’s $2/ hour to park in Easton

In the concrete median strip at the end of the parking lot, closest to Rt. 33. There is a covered area.

There is no (well maybe limited?) transport to PHL. Trans-Bridge does go to ERW and JFK

Transbridge did add some routes to Philly to pick up ones that were lost with Bieber's demise, but not from Easton. https://transbridgelines.com/philadelphia-service

Doable, but very painful. You basically connect airport and downtown Philly with a train, and connect downtown and Lehigh Valley with a bus. Schedules are not coordinated and there is a walk from one to the other that is not clearly marked.

I've only done it once, and vowed not to do it again unless my life depended on it.

Unlike EWR there is a twice-daily flight from ABE to PHL on 50 seat Embraer-145 by Piedmont Airlines flying as American Eagle.
