The Allentown Planning Commission on Tuesday agreed to extend the final approval for the 33-story Landmark tower project. Commissioners extended the final approval through to July 2, 2019. (69News) . Bruce Loch is still in talks supposedly with out of state clients to fill the floors to this building. But it seems hard to convince anyone client to move in. My opinion seems to believe this is not going to happen any time soon or might not even happen at all. It's been about five years and still Bruce Loch is speaking to potential clients?

Which is messed up given City Center Corp, another developer downtown has built 7 buildings and filled each one!

I just think Bruce Loch doesn’t know what ge’s doing when it comes to large real estate ventures like this.

I think he should sell land and air rights to JB Reilly of City Center, and then this building would have the best chance at being built!
