Default Freemansburg Demographics

What are Freemansburg's demographics?
  • Is it rural, urban, city, country or suburban?
  • Is it a blue collar or white collar area?
  • Is it low class, lower middle, middle or upper middle class?
  • Is the crime rate extremely low, low, moderate, high, exceptionally high?
  • Is there any wildlife? (i.e., deer, bear, raccoon, geese)
If anyone could equate Freemansburg to Central/North NJ towns (in terms of income/crime levels), that would be ideal.

Please provide your opinions on Nic Zawarski and Sons, the builder and/or The Townes at Willow Bend, the new home community in the Cambria St/Monroe St. area.

Thanks

Default Freemansburg/ willow bend homes

I just moved to that community 2 months ago and i reside in the willow bend townhomes. I moved from irvington, nj which is extremely violent and i thank God for finding my new PA home. I have no complaints whatsoever. I look forward to coming home everyday. The neighbors are so friendly, and the beautiful thing is they're genuinely friendly. There are good and bad schools in the area. You could research the schools at SchoolMatters - Home The area where the Willow bend homes are usually considered to be in Bethlehem because it shares the same zip code. The borough is Freemansburg, However. I could only speak for Willow bend community, so as far as that is concerned, i have NEVER seen any suggestion of gang violence. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask me any other questions if you like.

The crime rate is also low. You can refer to Moderator cut: linking to competitors sites is not allowed for crime rates, etc. That site should be of some help to you. The town is surbaban, so you will not see any bears, lol. So far i saw a deer once.
