Be interesting to see this play out, and the timeline seems really aggressive with the first building ready next year. The tenant has been in Allentown for a while, they build prefab exteriors. I guess they are ready for a much bigger place. Very happy to see an large old industrial site being put to good use (and not just apartments).

Somewhat related, across the river I saw that the first building along The Waterfront is nearly complete. Any word on who is occupying it? I haven't found anything online and its a fairly large building by Allentown standards.



Also related, some company from NJ is finally doing something with the Neuwieler building. I am happy its moving along but who on earth would rent a "luxury" apartment in that neighborhood?
