I agree with most of what was said above. Greth builds a good home. Forino builds square footage and there are folks who are looking simply for a big house. If you care about what is behind the walls and the efficency and quality you might want to consider BERKS HOMES. Have you inquired about any of their communities? Their quality is fantastic and their customer service is awesome!

My wife and I have been in our house almost 2 years now. A neighbor two houses away came down to me and said his one room was very cold so he looked at the spec sheet then went above the room and sure enough no insulation. So I immediately called Forino and had them check my house as well. Sure enough they failed to insulate above my room. Last year my electric bill was over 400 dollars a month, if there is any attorney out there that wants a case pro-bono, please contact me. I do not have the money to spend right now. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! IF I COULD DO OVER, I WOULD NEVER BUY A FORINO HOME.....
