Hi, all! It looks like we may have found ( yet another) property in Easton that we are considering purchasing. ( We recently made an offer on a house in College Hill that was not accepted, which is OK considering we have decided that we want to be "downtown".) The house we are considering was built in 1880 and needs a ton of work. Before we make an offer, we are hoping to have a contractor come in and give us an idea as to what we will need to do, and the cost involved. Does anyone know of someone who has some expertise with renovations and restorations? Many thanks!!
