One more question.....sorry my name is listed so many times. It is just helpful when you can speak to people that know a neighborhood firsthand. Is the Palmer Township safe, nice, diverse?

I just did all the research you are going through as well. You can go to another page at city-data.com and type then names and/or zipcodes and get good info on racial make-up, crime, schools, weather, home prices, etc. It's a good tool.
