Starters is overrated
Everybody makes a big deal about Starters. The truth is it's overpriced, overrated, bar food. People who go there think they're important scenesters and they are clearly not. Just go to the Your Welcome Inn, order a Pizza, a beer, and play Cash on the jukebox. It's more real, less pretentious, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Plus , you will have a better time. I have not gone to Starters and this will not change.

I agree. It's full of a lot of meathead frat-boy types, yelling and screaming over the sports on the dozens of TV's in there. I thought the food was good, but the alcohol is overpriced. $8 for a vodka on the rocks, and $5 for an imported beer? It's a sports bar, geez. Actually the thing I dislike the most about Starters is actually the parking garage. Bethlehem puts it's most blood-hungry meter maids in there. They'll hide behind cars, wait until your meter expires by one minute, and then pounce. They are far more aggressive in the Starters garage than elsewhere in the city.
However, I'd much rather see Starters there than some kind of nightclub catering to thugs and lowlifes.

I like the Starters on 378. The wings are good. Copperhead Grill is good as well.

I like Copperhead too. It's right around the corner from where I work. Both Starters are too far away and the new one is too loud.

haha, so much hatred towards Starters.
I was actually just there this evening. I thought it was ok the first time I was there, but virtually everything I've ordered in my numerous visits since have been mediocre. The appetizers are the only things half-decent on the entire menu, everything else is pretty bad. Not to mention that everything is so obviously pre-made before you even order it, that everything comes lukewarm.
I go there only because that is the only place I can watch my sports while taking my family out, lol.
I've never tried Copperhead, maybe I'll try it.

According to a former employer they use microwaves. For this reason alone they have no credibility. Restaurants that use microwaves are not high class. But, it does'nt take much to please some of the Lehizzle Valley hillbillies.
