Hmmmm.... not sure what you mean by that comment. The more the merrier is my thought. Not many happy Eagles in this development.

I initially made the first post and I'm so glad I did. The experience we had with Linda Minnich was unforgettable and it's poor representation for the Company. We couldn't believe how poorly she treated us. Sad to say that she even has a bad reputation with the local Realtors and we can understand why. We went to Ryan homes and looked at the townhomes and the Sales Rep. there was PROFESSIONAL, KIND and ACTUALLY CARED FOR OUR HOME NEEDS! We didn't end up purchasing from them but there is a lesson to be learned here. We bought a gorgeous home in Nazareth that is 10 years old and we are happy with our purchase. All I know if me and my husband ever treated anyone with disrespect while on the job we would be told about or even worse fired.

I'm buying a pre-existing home in the development and stopped in there to get some info on the HOA and other things since the home is owned by a relocation company. This woman was very short with me and offered nothing but yes and no answers. I also called the day before and left a message to get a call back, I never received one and had to drive there to gain what little information I could from this woman. She was no help at all.

Good luck getting any answers from Linda. We and many other complained about her as well. Even people we know in Creekside when she worked there said she was very rude. Tuskes still kept her employed anyway. She told us that our HoA fees would go down as more homes were built, apparently she was lying because they did just the opposite. She was not clear on the options that we could have put in the home and was very unprofessional when it came to our Realtor asking her questions. We had an amazing Realtor who knew her kind so we did get the answers we needed but boy was she just plain old rude. She pretty much would say anything to get a sale and also told us that our home would never lose value, another lie because they are losing value big time. She told us street lights would be everywhere, if you look there are hardly any. Here is what hurt me the most, I referred a friend from NJ to take a look in the development. When they made the visit, Linda was talking on the phone and it was not work related. 10 minutes that call was while they just stood there. No apology and acted as if they weren't even there. Once she decided to get off the phone, she sighed and said what can I help with you today in a rude tone. She gave them the keys to the homes near the park and said go look at it. What kind of Realtor doesn't escort you to the house and show you around. Just horrible and unprofessional so we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Default Not Happy with my tuskes home

I built one of the larger homes in the Reserve at eagles landing. I had numerous problems with the Tuskes staff (but Linda who has since left was very good to us) and almost walked out of closing. Since closing the getting them to fix the numerous items that they still have to take care of has been a tremendous effort. Tuskes has no sense of customer service, once he has your money he treats you like dirt. I would never recommend him as builder and I warn anyone looking at eagles landing, especially the reserve, you will not get the value or the service you expect for shellng out over a half million dollars.

Default Recommend a different builder

I own one of tuskes premiere homes in eagles landing's reserve section. I had numerous problems through the building process and now 9 months out he is slow to finish then huge list of repairs that he has promised to fix. My recommendation to all is to find a different builder and look at a different neighborhood.

Default Disappointment with Tuskes

Let me say this, we recently were sent HOA due increases in the mail and we still don't have an explanation on WHY! It's been over 8 months and we were told that a meeting would be held. No meeting yet and no answers from Tuskes. Good luck if you can get a hold of the property management office as well. If you drive through our lovely neighborhood, you will see no speed limits signs, hardly any street lights, boards at the ends of the driveways because roads are not finished, boards in the middle of the street to help with speeding, if you look at the empty lots (which there are many) you will see that the weeds are so overgrown, trash is being thrown in there thanks to the opening of the park, with trash and high weeds comes flies, bugs, etc.. Weeds are not being pulled where they are supposed to be pulled so it looks like crap! Because they are not maintaining these lots, the weeds come creeping through your own yard! Tuskes is responsible for making this development look nice and maintaining what isn't sold. So what are the dues used for??? Oh don't let me get started on the sinkholes and the crooked concrete walk that still has yet to be fixed!

Let’s just say Tuskes has not changed I see, I bought a Tuskes Home 11 years ago and had just as many problems and of the same complaints. Bottom line I would not ever use them to build a home again. They are VERY hard to work with and arrogant boot. Buyer beware.
