In general Bethlehem would have more "expensive" real estate on the North side & in Bethlehem Township (depending on what site you are searching on you may have to make that distinction) rather then the south side.... geographically when you climb that ladder from $150 to $300 your development, land, ammenities all improve.

Thanks
Jeff

Try Bethlehem Township or the areas north of Bethlehem. Nazareth is very nice as well. The areas south of Hellertown are nice as well, with lots of houses with big suburban yards. All these areas are close to St. Lukes Hospital and Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg (Bethlehem). Also, Bethlehem has some nice neighborhoods with houses on a good amount of property, so don't let the city limit line fool you. There are plenty of nice homes in Bethlehem on larger lots.

SallyJo-

If it's any consolation, everybody who reads these things already knows that EmmausRocks is a negative, jaded, miserable annoyance with an agenda.

You will likely enjoy the Lehigh Valley.
