Default trinkle's bar should be turned into a apartment not sold.

the owner of trinkle's should turn the bar into a apartment instead of selling it. They have rooms and some aparments above the bar. she will sell the bar and it will stay a bar unless the new owners turn it into a apartment. she has the money to do this or if she can get a loan. That area is bad. I would not like to live there. I lived 3 doors down fron trinkle's in 1981. It was bad then but not as bad as it is now. If if stays a bar. It will still be bad. They closed sarfries bar. It was not as bad as trinkle's. I say let it stay closed. It did not belong to her anyway. She won it when she divorced her ex-husband terry. It used to be his dad's bar. It was bob's cafe. Give it back to terry. He did a good job when he ran it and could do it again. They should reopen sarfries or sell it. she is just in it for the money.
