Default Rehearsal Dinner locations in LV

Hey everyone! I am getting married in Sept 2010 in Easton PA. I am from NJ so I am not too familiar with the LV area.

With wedding planning in the works I am looking for some recommendations for a place to hold my wedding rehearsal dinner. Any restaurant ideas would be much appreciated. My fiance and I are the ones paying for the dinner so obviously we do not want anything that is extremely fancy and expensive.

Also, if you know of any good taverns or bars in the area (for out of town guests)

Thank you so much!!!

It would help if you narrowed down the price range to an actual dollar amount for us to give recommendations. There are a ton of restaurants in the Easton area, ranging from $1.50 pizza slices to $40 filet mignons. I don't know what's expensive to you.

Is the wedding in Easton itself or one of the townships with an Easton mailing address? (Forks, Williams, etc.) Where are the out of town people staying? So people don't have to drive around too much especially if unfamiliar with the area.

The wedding is at riverview country club in forks township. People will be staying in Palmer county (holiday inn). I'm up for any recommendations or places right now. Just want to know what's good and what's bad. Then I can figure out price. I'm not familiar with the area so any info on some good places is fine

So funny, I logged on because I have the exact same question. 2 differences, our wedding is in May 2010 (at Riverview) and guests are staying at Hampton in pretty close by. Let me know if you found rehearsal dinner spot. Our current idea is to rent a house (found nice vacation spot) and have a bbq.
