Default House Hunting this weekend!

We are coming in to look for our home..finally! We are looking at both Upper and Lower Macungie, but are leaning towards Upper.

I understand that there is a new High School slated to be built in 2011 in Lower Macungie. Does anyone know how much the tax increase will be because of this?

If anyone knows of any really nice 4 bedroom colonials in a newer development, with young children, please let me know!!!

We are excited for this new adventure!!!

There are a lot of relatively new 4 bedroom neighborhoods in Lower Macungie off of Sauerkraut Rd. They are building a new elementary school at the intersection of Sauerkraut and Willow.

I don't how much of a tax increase there will be because of a new high school. I had not heard of that, but Upper Macungie is Parkland school district and the school taxes there (I would guess) would be comparable to East Penn school district which is the district in which Lower Macungie is located.
