Zoning and Shed building (Richland, Richlandtown: income, safe, backyard)

I am thinking of building a Shed in my backyard in Richlandtown. Is there anything I need to be aware of? I have never built much of anything of the sort before. I plan the shed to be about 8.5 feet by 10 feet, if that matters.

I'm not familiar with your municipality, but you might want to call the zoning officer, explain what you're looking to do, and find out if any permits are required. Some of the higher-income townships will pretty much want to fry you if you build something without a permit, too close to a property line, utility easement, etc. Better safe than sorry.
