For those who are thinking of building in the Valley a new law has been passed in the State of Pennsylvania. The law requires all Home Improvement Builders to now register with the State of Pennsylvania.
You can find out if there has been problems with the home improvement contractor in the past or you can yourself file complaints concerning a registered builder.
But all valid home improvement / building companies must register and must meet the new laws'
requirements.
