Colonial Crest Apt's. in Emmaus (East Penn Schools) is a nice community. The management takes good care of the place and the maintenance staff is excellant. Nice swimming pool, Community room, and used to have a lot of activitys for the residents, might still I just don't know.
At least as of a couple years ago.
Trexler Apt's (I believe is Parkland schools) looks like a well taken care of community currently undergoing a major expansion, although I don't have any personel experiance with this one.
