We've had traffic problems going on route 378 starting around the Center Valley parkway intersection too- not just the down hill part - but that's usually on a Friday evening, not a morning commute.

I forgot about that. The light at Black River Rd. (Hess station) has horrible timing and causes traffic backups. It cycles too often and gives too much green time to Black River Rd.
