Default Emmaus neighborhoods

Hello all,

I've been google street viewing Emmaus. Will drive up there soon but I'm basically looking for a nice mature (tree lined) neighborhood in Emmaus. Kind of like the post WWII neighborhood I live in now.
What I've found is that the area that is bordered by the following seems nice.
Keystone/Wenner on the East
Macungie Ave on the West
Orchid Pl/Country Club road on the North
Harrison St on the South.

..Is there another area or neighborhood I should be looking at as well?

Thanks,
Tom

The area you describe is my favorite part of Emmaus. Good mix of housing types/ages on decent sized lots, mostly very well maintained. I know a few folks in Emmaus and they prefer that section. They say that the area south of Chesnut St. or the railroad tracks is less desireable, but still a decent place to live the big picture of the Lehigh Valley.

Default Thanks

OK, Thanks John. Didn't know if there were any other areas I should be looking at but that seems like the most desirable place to be for Emmaus.

Sounds like you're headed in the right direction. Harrison is one for sure. Just keep in mind the damn train... hope you are not a light sleeper and if you are then go as far north of chesnut as you can.
